RUSTON, La. – After having a pair of games postponed due to COVID-19 concerns this week, Louisiana Tech and Southern Miss have agreed to move one of their Conference USA contests up a week with the teams slated to now play Sunday, Jan. 9, at 2 p.m. inside the Thomas Assembly Center.

The contest will take the place of the originally scheduled game on Sunday, Jan. 16, in Ruston. The Lady Techsters and the Golden Eagles are still set to face-off at Reed Green Coliseum in Hattiesburg, Miss. on Thursday, Jan. 13 at 6 p.m.

Fans who have already purchased tickets should use the original Southern Miss game ticket that was originally scheduled for Jan. 16th.

Discussions with UTEP, UTSA and the league office are still ongoing to try to reschedule to the two games that have been postponed this week. More information will be released once a final decision is known.
