John F. Kennedy-Terrebonne is The Hash It Out Show Game Of The Week audio stream

HOUMA – The John F. Kennedy Cougars (1-0) and the Terrebonne Tigers (1-0) will battle Week 2 in the The Hash It Out Show Game Of The Week.

Kennedy is coming off a 42-0 victory against L.W. Higgins last week. The Cougars are led offensively by senior wide receivers Ralo Egana and Joey Davis. A’Myne Darensbourg is the JFK quarterback this season while playing the secondary as well. Ole Miss commit Benard Causey leads the Cougars defense.

Terrebonne is coming off a 42-7 victory over South Terrebonne. The Tigers are led by LSU commit and senior receiver Kylan Billiot (6-4, 186), junior receiver Quincy McKay Jr. (6-3, 196) and junior receiver Carl Anderson (5-11, 150). Sophomore quarterback Owen Oliver pilots the offense. Senior running back Jayce Johnson is the top rushing threat. The Terrebonne defense is led by senior defensive lineman Ty’drick Stewart (6-2, 245) and senior linebacker Jalil Matthews (6-0, 185). The Tigers have an all-senior secondary that features Kavon Garner (5-10, 165), Gregory Harding (6-0, 171), Chartavius Clark (6-0, 155) and Jo’Nathan Smith (5-9, 145).

Kennedy defeated Terrebonne, 16-13, last season at Pan American Stadium.

The Causey vs. Billiot matchup could be one of the best individual showdowns in the state this season. This game could go down to the wire this Friday night at Thomas B. Smith Memorial Stadium.

The Hash It Out Show Game of The Week features a countdown to kickoff pregame show at 6:20 p.m. and then kickoff at 7 on TSBN Sports. V.K. Jones, George Pepis and Jarryd Boyd will have the call of the broadcast.
