John Curtis girls and Karr, St. Aug boys top relays in indoor qualifier at LSU

Many outstanding area athletes at the LSU High School Indoor track and field meet shined Saturday inside Carl Maddox Field House.

In boys events, Seth Pagart of Mandeville was best in the shot put.

Leon Elloie of Warren Easton turned in the top time in the 60 meter dash.

Karr had the best time in the 4×200 meter relay and St. Augustine was tops in the 4×400 relay.

In girls action, Raven Nunnery of John Curtis Christian won the 60 meter dash while the Patriots dominated the relay events, posting the best time in all three, including the 4×200, the 4×400 and the 4×800 meter relays.
