METAIRIE – Any time teams from Jesuit and Rummel meet on the baseball diamond, you can expect an extremely competitive close game.

The Oilers recaptured the lead in the bottom of the 4th on a walk to Soter, a single by by Brandon Thomas and an RBI single by Berrigan to make it 3-2.
