Cleveland Browns wide receiver Landry will sign a five-year, $75.5 million deal with $47 million guaranteed from the Browns, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

The former LSU and Lutcher High star was traded to the  Browns for a fourth-round pick this year and a seventh-round pick next year by the Miami Dolphins. Landry wanted a long-term contract but the Dolphins decided to franchise tag and then eventually trade him.

Landry would have made $16 million this year under the terms of his franchise tag. Instead he has what he really wants.

Now set to be paid among the top five receivers in the NFL, Landry will look to add to an already impressive resume in his new home. With Miami, he caught more passes than any wide receiver ever has in the first four years of a career.

Vaccaro on the go?
Rapoport also tweeted Thursday that free agent safety Kenny Vaccaro is visiting with the Dolphins. The former Saints top pick was effectively replaced in New Orleans earlier this offseason with the signing of former Panthers starter Kurt Coleman.
