Janoris Jenkins, Marcus Davenport out for Saints tilt Sunday at Falcons

The Saints will not have a pair of starters on defense Sunday in Atlanta.

Cornerback Janoris Jenkins (knee) and Marcus Devenport (concussion) were declared out for the noon Sunday matchup with the Falcons.

Jenkins did not practice all week after suffering the injury while making an interception last week against the Broncos. He has three interceptions and 10 passes defensed this season.

Devenport suffered the concussion against Denver but did not start noticing the effects until later in the week, appearing initially on the Thursday injury report.

New Orleans also declared wide receiver Marquez Callaway (knee) and running back Ty Montgomery (hamstring) out this week. Wide receiver Deonte Harris (neck) and cornerback Patrick Robinson (hamstring) are questionable.

Michael Thomas (ankle) and Alvin Kamara (foot) practiced fully Friday and received no injury designation.

Only one player for the Falcons, offensive guard James Carpenter, was declared out for the NFC South rematch.

Atlanta wide receiver Julio Jones (hamstring), running back Todd Gurley (knee), defensive end Dante Fowler (hamstring) and cornerback Kendall Sheffield (illness) are all listed as questionable.
