Inside #NOLAsTeam to premiere nightly this week on YouTube

NEW ORLEANS – The debut episode of the New Orleans Athletic Department’s hit TV show, Inside #NOLAsTeam presented by Ocshner, will hit the web as the communications department will premiere each segment of the first show nightly at 7 p.m. CT this week, running Monday through Thursday, on the department’s YouTube channel.

The show aired originally in its entirety on COX Sports TV.

The digital airings of the show will begin with Baseball – All in the Family on Monday, Privateers 4 Equality on Tuesday, Sless’ Stars on Wednesday and the Women’s Basketball Team’s Heartbreak in Katy to close the week out on Thursday.

“We look forward to sharing Inside #NOLAsTeam across our social media channels,” Assistant Athletic Director for Communications and Marketing Kelvin Queliz said. “We wanted to create a platform to highlight and promote all student-athletes and the on and off the court/field accomplishments of our 197 students, coaches and staff. Inside #NOLAsTeam allows us to tell human interest stories that go beyond the wins highlighted on our site.”

  • TUESDAY: Privateers 4 Equality (AD Tim Duncan, UNO President Dr. John Nicklow, Mia Deck of Women’s Basketball, Damion Rosser of Men’s Basketball, Victoria Corcoran and Veronica Corcoran of Beach Volleyball and Skip Miller, Class of 1979)
  • WEDNESDAY: Sless’s Stars (Men’s Basketball Head Coach Mark Slessinger and his Program’s Work with the Special Olympics, Special Olympics Director of Events Brock Banos, Raising Cane’s Elissa Maxwell, Elsie and Emily Hinrichs and Thomas Roberts)
  • THURSDAY: Heartbreak in Katy (Women’s Basketball Head Coach Keeshawn Davenport, Student-Athlete Dionjhae Thomas and Dr. David Leslie, an Ochsner Medicine Physician)
