Injury Report: Winston, Thomas again sidelined Thursday for Saints

Although he said Wednesday that he intended to return to practice Thursday, Saints quarterback Jameis Winston once again did not participate in London.

The only other New Orleans player to sit out practice was wide receiver Michael Thomas. Neither player was available to the media.

With concerns about Winston’s overall health due to back, knee and foot issues in the past year, his absence from practice so far this week will only lead to more speculation regarding whether he plays against the Vikings this week. Winton becomes a bigger question makr if he does not participate in Friday’s practice in some capacity.

In better news for New Orleans, wideout Jarvis Landry, right tackle Ryan Ramczyk and guard Andrus Peat all participated fully Thursday after missing yesterday’s workout.

Minnesota running back Dalvin Cook practiced fully after sitting yesterday. He is on track to play this weekedn despite a recurring shoulder injury.

The Saints and Vikings face off Sunday morning at 8:30 Central time at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
