Inclement weather forces postponement of Louisiana Christian-Xavier hoops doubleheader

PINEVILLE, La. – Due to significant rainfall and the threat of high winds likely to impact central Louisiana, Louisiana Christian University’s home basketball doubleheader against Xavier (La.) scheduled for Jan. 24 has been postponed.

A makeup date for the contests has yet to be determined. When makeup dates are announced, it will be reported on LCWildcats.net.

In anticipation of the inclement weather, Louisiana Christian University cancelled all activities, classes, and events for the afternoon and evening of Jan. 24.

The postponed games were part of the second scheduled doubleheader of a six-game homestand for the Wildcat men and women. The Wildcats are still scheduled to host LSU–Shreveport on Thursday.
