Arik Gilbert scores a touchdown during the first half of a game between LSU and Missouri at Memorial Stadium in Columbia, Missouri on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020.

Arik Gilbert appears back on the move once again, following his departure from LSU.

The former five star recruit had announced his intentions to transfer to Florida but not he is back in the transfer portal. He never actually enrolled at Florida. He will have 4 seasons of eligibility remaining.

Gilbert played in eight games at LSU as a true freshman in 2020, grabbing 35 passes for 368 yards and a pair of scores.

The Marietta, Georgia native reportedly has some academic concerns. He may not be immediately eligible until his academic woes are cleared up.

Five potential landing spots to watch for the 6-foot-5, 253-pound Gilbert are Texas A&M Georgia, Alabama, Miami and Auburn.
