Former LSU QB Lindsey Scott signs with East Mississippi Community College

It took Lindsey Scott less than 24 hours to find a new home.

The former LSU quarterback and Zachary High star signed with East Mississippi Community College on Tuesday.

“The business of football kind of takes away the fun,” Scott’s father, Lindsey Scott Sr., said. “You’ve got to remember how to have fun. This is an environment in which he can do this.”

Scott, a 5-foot-11, 210-pounder who announced his transfer from LSU on Monday morning.
