Josh GrayFormer LSU guard Josh Gray has agreed to a two-way deal with the Pelicans, multiple outlets reported Friday.

Gray, a Lake Charles native who played high school basketball at Washington-Marion as a sophomore, played professionally in South Korea last season.

Undrafted out of LSU in 2016, he played for the Nets summer league team and averaged 12.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.3 steals in 23.9 minutes. Pelicans GM Trajan Langdon came to New Orleans recently from the Nets front office.

The two-way deal gives the 5-foot-11 Gray the potential to spend time on the Pelicans roster but he will play most of the upcoming year with the Erie Bayhawks, the G League affiliate for New Orleans.
