Five Rummel regular season football radio broadcasts on 106.1 FM start this Saturday with Brother Martin matchup

For the 20th straight season, Archbishop Rummel football games will air on local radio.

Five Rummel contests will be broadcast on 106.1 FM NASH ICON and online streaming at nashfm1061.com, beginning with the Raiders’ battle with Catholic League rival Brother Martin this Saturday at 2 p.m. at Joe Yenni Stadium.

Archbishop Rummel Athletic Hall of Fame inductees Ken Trahan (Class of 1975) and Phil Greco will bring you all of the action, along with sideline reporter Darrell Ashley (Class of 2003).

Trahan, Crescent City Sports co-owner and 106.1 FM sports director, provides the play-by-play while former college and prep coach Greco gives color analysis.

All game broadcasts begin 15 minutes prior to kickoff with the Raiders pregame show.

Saturday, Oct. 24 – Rummel vs. Brother Martin, 2 p.m. at Joe Yenni Stadium
Saturday, Oct. 31 — Rummel vs. Holy Cross, 7 p.m. at Joe Yenni Stadium
Saturday, Nov. 7 — Rummel vs. St. Augustine, 2:30 p.m. at Tad Gormley Stadium
Saturday, Nov. 14 — Rummel vs. John Curtis, 7 p.m. at Joe Yenni Stadium
Saturday, Nov. 21 — Rummel vs. Jesuit, 11 a.m. at Joe Yenni Stadium
