Jarvis Landry under investigation for possible domestic battery
Former Luther High and LSU wide receiver Jarvis Landry is under investigation for possible domestic battery.
Landry’s girlfriend Estrella Cerqueira released a statement in which she said there was “no cause for any arrests nor was there any concern for my physical well-being” during an incident earlier this year:

Landry has an open paternity court case with Cerqueira.
The Broward County State Attorney’s office said Monday in an email to the Associated Press that the allegations were under review and no decision has been made on whether the 24-year old Landry will be charged.
Landry was said to have used his “hands, fist, feet, teeth” as weapons in the alleged domestic battery incident, according to a partial Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) police report dated April 1 obtained by USA TODAY Sports.
Dolphins head coach Adam Gase acknowledged Monday that the team is “aware” of an investigation involving Landry and taking “proper steps” in the matter.
