Karr Football

Edna Karr has had their first three wins of the 2022 football season listed as forfeits on the LHSAA’s scores website.

Two sources tell CrescentCitySports.com that the ruling is over the questioning of the eligibility of a player who participated in the games.

No one from Karr has confirmed the specifics, to this point, and the LHSAA does not release information on any sanctions issued.

On the field, the Cougars defeated Landry (40-6), Scotlandville (46-8) and Warren Easton (67-20) in their first three regular season games.

Karr plays St. Augustine (3-0) in the District 9-5A opener for both teams at 6 p.m. Saturday at Tad Gormley Stadium. Crescent City Sports will live the stream the game.
