Anyone who is a fan of both LSU and the Saints will probably enjoy this news. The Falcons traded linebacker Duke Riley and a 2020 sixth-round pick to the Eagles.

In return, Atlanta receives safety Jonathan Cyprien and a 2020 seventh-round draft pick.

The 25-year old Riley starred at John Curtis and LSU before the Falcons selected in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. A change of scenery may help Riley, who was used almost exclusively on special teams this season after seeing more snaps on defense the previous two years.

The trade may indicate how desperate Atlanta is for help at safety after losing Keanu Neal for the seaosn in week three. After not being in great demand in the offseason, Cyprien signed as a free agent with the Eagles during training camp.
