The Saints reportedly believe Brees is fully healthy, and team doctors have cleared him to play. Brees suffered 11 rib fractures and a punctured lung before being placed on injured reserve.
In place of Brees, Taysom Hill has started the past four games behind center and has posted a 3-1 record.
