On the same morning Tom Brady announced he is leaving the New England Patriots, another future Hall of Fame quarterback agreed to stay with his team.

Drew Brees agreed to terms with the New Orleans Saints on a two-year contract worth roughly $50 million, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport first reported Tuesday.

The 41-year old Brees had already made it clear he intended to stay with the Saints. He will enter his 15th season in New Orleans looking to lead the franchise to a fourth straight NFC South title and its second Super Bowl.
