Delgado at LSU Eunice series finale cut short by rain

Sunday’s regular season finale against LSU-Eunice was canceled by rain after three innings of play at Bengal Field in Eunice, Louisiana.

The two teams split a doubleheader Saturday.

Delgado closes the regular season 32-13 and will open play in the Region XXIII Division I Tournament this Friday against Nunez Community College and Baton Rouge Community College at Pete Goldsby Field in Baton Rouge. Additional tournament details will be released soon.
