David Lewis promoted to head basketball coach at International High
International High School has promoted David Lewis from assistant coach to head boys basketball coach.
The Panthers were 11-23 a year ago.
Lewis has also hired Cohen Nelson Jr. as a top assistant. Nelson comes from Helen Cox, where he coached last year. Helen Cox closed at the end of last school year.
