NEW ORLEANS – Crescent City Sports will have live streaming of high school volleyball for the first time this fall as two of the top teams in southeast Louisiana, Northshore and Pope John Paul II, face off Wednesday.

The live stream from the Jaguars’ gym will begin just prior to the scheduled 5 p.m. first serve. Emmanuel Pepis will describe the action.

Northshore (8-2 entering Tuesday) is ranked No. 2 in the latest unofficial LHSAA power ratings in Division I, while three-time defending state champion Pope John Paul (14-1) is ranked No. 1 in Division IV.

Both teams were in action at home Tuesday afternoon, as Northshore faced Mandeville while Pope John Paul met Cabrini.

Crescent City Sports will feature live streaming of high school sporting events throughout the 2017-18 school year.
