Basketball: Chapelle remains unbeaten as Carroll reaches 1,500 points

It has been a good start to the season for Archbishop Chapelle basketball.

The Chipmunks (3-0) remained unbeaten Thursday evening with a 37-17 home victory over Lakeshore.

Baylie Carroll led the way in what has been a special week for her, scoring 15 points.

It continued her brilliant career which reached a high point on Tuesday in a win over Academy of Our Lady.

In that victory, Carroll reached 1,500 points for her career.

In the win over Lakeshore, Kelsie Schmidt had six points while Caroline Guitterez and Delaney Trosclair each contributed five points.

Briana Keiper led the Titans with seven points.
