Chapelle blanks Kenner Discovery on lanes

Archbishop Chapelle got solid efforts throughout the lineup in a 27-0 blanking of Kenner Discovery in girls bowling action Tuesday at AMF All Star Lanes in Kenner.

The bottom half of the Chipmunks lineup each turned in 500 series, led by a 556 series from left-hander Jessica Ladd. Bailey Hymel had a 526 and Sarah Rubi a 517 set.

Chapelle finished with a 2,736 team series.

The Chipmunks face Mount Carmel Thursday at AMF.
