GAME 1 – Trojans Top Mountaineers in Stunning Comeback
LITTLE ROCK – Appalachian State must feel as if they are in the movie Groundhog Day. For the fourth consecutive year, the Mountaineers faced Little Rock in the Sun Belt Tournament. And for the fourth consecutive year, Little Rock ended the game atop the mountain.

The fifth-seeded Trojans (12-18) rallied back from a 15-point deficit to claim a 48-47 win over the eighth-seeded Mountaineers (11-19), scoring 13 points off seven turnovers in the final quarter to eclipse App State.

GAME 2 – Ragin’ Cajuns Use Big First Quarter to Upend Eagles
LAFAYETTE, La. – No. 4 Louisiana jumped out to a 27-15 lead after one quarter on No. 9 Georgia Southern as the Ragin’ Cajuns advanced to the Sun Belt Women’s Basketball Championship quarterfinals with a 81-64 win on Tuesday night at the Cajundome. Jomyra Mathis chipped in 18 points for the Cajuns and Brandi Williams posted 16 for Louisiana.

GAME 3 – @UTAMavsWBB Uses Balanced Effort To Advance To Sun Belt Quarterfinals
ARLINGTON – The third-seeded UTA women’s basketball team extended its winning-streak to eight games with a 74-50 win over No. 10 Texas State (13-17) in the first round of the 2020 Sun Belt Championship Tuesday night at College Park Center.

The Lady Mavs (21-10) knocked down 50.8 percent (31-of-61) of their shots from the field and buried seven triples on the night, while holding Texas State to 38 percent (19-of-50) shooting. The Lady Mavericks registered 25 assists on 31 made baskets.

GAME 4 – Jaguars Trio Leads South Alabama Past Arkansas State in First Round
MOBILE – Savannah Jones, Shaforia Kines and Antoinette Lewis totaled 63 of South Alabama’s 82 points on Tuesday as the sixth-seeded Jaguars knocked of seventh-seeded Arkansas State, 82-71, in the first round of the Sun Belt Women’s Basketball Championship.
