The first edition of the 2018 Byrd Football Game Notes features the season opener versus the Calvary Cavaliers.

On Thursday, Aug. 30, Byrd will open the 2018 season against crosstown rival Calvary Baptist Academy. Kickoff for the season opener between the Jackets and Cavaliers is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Lee Hedges Stadium.
