Brother Martin opens bowling season with easy win

Defending New Orleans area prep bowling champion Brother Martin opened its 2018 season in impressive fashion with a convincing 27-0 whitewash of Holy Rosary at AMF All-Star Lanes in Kenner Monday afternoon.

Jonathan Fernandez led the Crusaders with a 676 series with games of 226-192-258 whileCody Schaffer fired a 667 series on games of 257-213-197. Will Oertling had games of 205 and 215, Brennan Brouilette had a 213, Drew Gardner had a 207 and Hunter Dunn added a 202 game for Brother Martin.

Jude Taylor led Holy Rosary with a 218 game as part of a 520 series.
