Bradley Feig promoted to UNO Men’s Basketball Director of Basketball Operations

NEW ORLEANS – New Orleans Privateers Men’s Basketball Head Coach Mark Slessinger promotes former video and analytics coordinator Bradley Feig to director of basketball operations.

“Bradley is a bright young star in the coaching world. He is a relentless worker who is intelligent and creative. Throughout his years with our program, he consistently excelled at every assignment he has taken on and added value every day to our student-athletes,” said Slessinger.

“Bradley has a basketball mind and is constantly looking to grow and improve. I know he is a proud alumni of The University of New Orleans. This program and City mean so much to him.”

As video and analytics coordinator/internal operations at New Orleans for the last two years, Feig managed all video-related activities for the program to include scouting and creating statistical and analytic breakdowns of opponents. He streamlined and created content and video packages for the student-athletes targeting individual and team development.

As head manager for the Privateers from 2017-20, he assisted with team travel and summer camps.

A graduate of the New Orleans marketing school in three years, Feig earned summa cum laude honors in May 2020. In December 2021, the Tucson, Arizona native earned his master’s degree in business administration. In the community, he serves on the advisory board for the New Orleans Recreation Department and helps coordinate New Orleans Basketball clinics and activities with Louisiana Special Olympics.

“I’m extremely grateful to Coach Slessinger and staff for the opportunity. Having earned two degrees from the University of New Orleans, I am fortunate to remain a part of this great institution as the director of basketball operations,” said Feig.

“I’m excited to get to work and compete for a championship this season!”

Feig has played an instrumental role in Privateer 2021-22 men’s basketball season achievements:

– The Southland (SLC) 1st Team All-Conference selection of Troy Green and Derek St. Hilaire
– #1 national ranking in free throws made (FTM)
– #1 SLC ranking in Defensive Efficiency & in After Timeout (ATO) defense
– #4 national ranking in Transition Point & 10th in Tempo offensively
