Boys Bowling: Shaw blanks Salmen
Archbishop Shaw’s bowling team defeated a short-handed Salmen team 27-0 Tuesday at Bowling USA in Slidell.
The Eagles (5-1) used all 10 players on their roster, with no one bowling all three games. Gage Perrin had games of 202 and 226 to lead Shaw. Quentin Bullie had a 218 game and Trey Toups a 212 for the winners.
The Spartans (0-4), who had only five players in their lineup, were paced by Xander Walter’s 366 series.
Shaw faces unbeaten Jesuit in a key showdown Thursday at Westside Lanes.
