Area Boys Prep Basketball Report for Friday, Jan. 25

Martin Luther King Charter bounced back Thursday from a pair of losses to defeat Sci Academy (Abramson) 62-47 in New Orleans East.

Jevone Johnson led the Jaguars (18-12) with 19 points, Derrick Richard had 15 points and Sullivan Roche added 10 points. M.L. King Charter returns to action Monday at home against Salmen at 5 pm while Sci Academy (3-17) travels to International High this evening in a District 9-3A contest at 6:30 pm.
