Bowling: Unbeaten AOL takes down Mount Carmel
Academy of Our Lady remained unbeaten in New Orleans Prep League action Monday, defeating Mount Carmel Academy 22-5 at AMF All-Star Lanes in Kenner.
The Penguins were led by Lauryn Hartsell, who had a 523 series. Erin Burkart and Lauren Michel each had 171 games while Linzie Bladsacker had the best game, firing a 196 in game three.
Taylor Hunn was best for the Cubs with a 444 series while Catherine Nicosia added a 169 game.
AOL took game one 7-1 before winning games two and three by identical 6-2 margins.
