Bowling: Jesuit downs Dutchtown in Gonzales

Jesuit went on the road Monday and defeated Dutchtown 20-7 at Premier Lanes in Gonzales.

The Blue Jays (2-1) took game one 6-2 behind a 199 game from Trent Greco and a 178 by Grant Greco. Chase Conard shot 179 for the Griffins.

Jesuit repeated the 6-2 win in game two as Alex O’Neil fired a 246 game while Trent Greco added a 193. Conard was best for Dutchtown with a 196.

The Blue Jays finished off the win with a 5-3 victory in game three as O’Neil shot 210 while Mason French added a 179 game. Bryce Hill was best for Dutchtown with a 213 while Jordan Cangelosi had a 170 game.

O’Neil led Jesuit with a 607 series while Trent Greco finished with a 553 series. Conard led Dutchtown with a 539 series while Hill had a 523 series.

Jesuit returns to action Thursday against St. Augustine at AMF All-Star Lanes in Kenner at 3:30 p.m.
