Bowling: Archbishop Shaw handles Chalmette in Slidell
Archbishop Shaw moved to 2-0 on the season with a solid 21-6 victory over Chalmette in New Orleans Prep Bowling League action at Bowling USA in Slidell.
The Eagles took game one 6-2 as Joseph Jimenez fired a 220 game. Shaw won game two by a 5-3 margin as Cadence Chesterman shot 204 while Jimenez added a 200 game. The Eagles put the match away with a 7-1 victory in game three.
Jimenez finished with a 598 series to lead Shaw while Sebastian Maher had a 180 game for the Owls as part of a 495 series.
