Bonnabel guard Nomar Dijol commits to Baton Rouge Community College
Bonnabel guard Nomar Dijol has committed to Baton Rouge Community College.
As a junior, Dijol was part of a Bonnabel team which reached the Class 5A final and lost by a point to Alexandria in Lake Charles.
This past season, Dijol helped lead the Bruins to the Class 5A quarterfinals. In his senior season, Dijol averaged 13 points and six rebounds per game while shooting an outstanding 46 percent from three-point range in earning all-district honors in 8-5A.
Dijol is the second player to commit or sign from this year’s graduating class at Bonnabel, joining Will Allen, who signed with Louisiana Tech.
Dijol came to Kenner from the Dominican Republic.
