Is there now real concern about whether Alvin Kamara will play Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons?

After practicing on a limited basis Wednesday, the New Orleans Saints standout running back did not practice Thursday due to his foot injury, joining Drew Brees (ribs, shoulder), John Hill (concussion) and Dwayne Washington (back), all of whom were out again.

The good news is that Tre’Quan Smith returned on a limited basis after suffering a concussion last Sunday against San Francisco. Also limited were Ryan Ramczyk (knee), Malcom Brown (calf) and Marshon Lattimore (abdomen), as they were on Wednesday.

For the Falcons, tackle Matt Gano did not practice once again due to illness while center Alex Mack did not practice but was simply resting.

Wide receiver Calvin Ridley was again limited with a foot problem while tight end John Wetzel was limited with an ankle injury.
