Archbishop Rummel and Brother Martin renew their Catholic League rivalry in a key District 9-5A contest Tuesday evening at Kirsch-Rooney Stadium at 7 p.m.

Rummel (11-7, 1-2) staged a dramatic seventh inning rally to overtake Brother Martin, 7-6, in the series opener this past Saturday night after losing both games of their district opening series to John Curtis Christian. Brother Martin (9-10, 1-2) split their district opening series with Holy Cross.

Senior center fielder Evan Francioni, a UNO commitment, leads Rummel in hitting with a .365 average with two home runs and eight RBI while senior catcher Jake Fury is hitting .340 with two home runs and a team-best 20 RBI.

Joe Delaney leads the Brother Martin attack with a .400 average with one home run and a team-high 22 RBI while Zach Repath is batting .365 with one home run and 19 RBI.
