Southern Utah graduate transfer Randy Onwuasor to join LSU men’s basketball program

First-year LSU basketball coach Will Wade picked up another experienced transfer for the upcoming season when Southern Utah graduate transfer Randy Onwuasor tweeted Saturday that he has chosen to play for the Tigers.

Onwuasor, a 6-foot-3 guard, ranked fifth in Division I this past season at 23.6 points per game in his only year at Southern Utah. He started his college career at Texas Tech.

Former North Texas forward Jeremy Combs was added to the LSU program as a graduate transfer in April.
