Saints place TE Fleener on IR, waive CB Harris

The concussion that Saints tight end Coby Fleener suffered against the Los Angeles Rams may have ended his season.

New Orleans placed Fleener on injured reserve on Saturday, a move that will keep him out for at least the rest of the regular season.

The Saints also made a move in the secondary, waiving cornerback De’Vante Harris, who started last week against Los Angeles and was pulled in the second half due to ineffectiveness. The team promoted rookie Arthur Maulet to the 53-man roster.
